Currently, a number of leading higher educational institutions and research institutes of the world are conducting numerous studies on the comparative analysis of historical processes related to the activities of people's courts, legally justified public relations in the framework of such issues as the traditions of religious worship, the system of ownership of national and religious values, the development of proposals and recommendations based on the scientific results. The recognition of the formation of a high legal culture as one of the priorities in the policy of modern states generates the need for research in this area. Therefore, it is important to further deepen scientific and theoretical knowledge about judicial and legal activity, study its history. The conclusions of studying most of the existing documents of the Kokand Khanate and the Turkestan region of the late 19th and early 20th centuries indicate to us that the special respect of the Uzbek people for people of science and today, on the initiative of our country, for the development of the educational sphere of our state, increasing the material and spiritual

Therefore, as a result of studying the history of the Uzbek people, we come to the conclusion that today it is extremely important to conduct research and research in this direction, deeply feeling the importance of literacy of the population, broad and righteous attention to the education of the younger generation at the level of public policy. For this reason, it is the duty of every teacher to serve in the direction of continuous improvement of the public education system, which determines the future of the nation, state and society, in accordance with modern requirements in all respects.
