The article analyzes the intellectual potential of the rural population of Kazakhstan after the end of World War II. A description of the material and technical base of the villages, the state of equipment is given, statistical data on the amount of equipment in collective farms and state farms are given. The article says that inter-republican and international relations had a significant impact on the development of the intellectual potential of the villages of Kazakhstan. The experience of famous agricultural workers was exchanged.
The basis of intellectual potential is people. Only a person is capable of conscious activity, knowledge of the environment and has the opportunity to influence it.
