This article examines the existing information resources of socio-political institutions of the system of teaching service to society. The main status factors are described in detail: citizenship, position and its place in the structure of a state body; duties and requirements for training, official behavior; restrictions and prohibitions on the provision of services; basic professional qualifications and personal characteristics of an employee of a modern formation. Since the article is written using foreign closed sources (belongs only to teachers and students of higher educational institutions), it has its advantages for members of public organizations, teachers and researchers who do not have access to resources, but are interested in this issue and are trying to adapt their services to the academic environment. The author emphasizes that the proposed positions can be useful to people who are used to promoting academic education, high-quality education and general political and social education. The interdisciplinary features and connections that teach to serve society are revealed in the form of concrete steps necessary in connection with the political and social situation at the present stage.
In the article, the authors try to show the usefulness of the cited sources to the Kazakh political and social society. To date, an absolutely modern system of public service has been formed; its formal structure and the organic unity of the staff unit have been ensured, the rights, duties and responsibilities of employees of the apparatus have been equated, favorable conditions have been created for the manifestation of initiative
