In this article, the authors conduct a historical analysis of the education system in the universities of Singapore, which is one of the developed countries. The paper traces similarities of the Kazakhstani educational institutions with the ones of advanced country. In addition, the authors briefly described the education systems in Singapore and the Republic of Kazakhstan and conducted a comparative analysis. The success of Singaporean and Kazakhstani universities reflect the historical periodization of the education systems of the countries, emphasizing results of the global education system. The authors provided a brief overview of the historical stages, difficulties, and achievements of the universities inbothcountries.The article notes that human capital should be viewed through the prism of economic development, taking into account the experience of advanced countries in obtaining innovative and high-quality education.
The present work reflects both positive and negative aspects of education systems, as well as the role of educational institutions in preparing a competitive generation. The authors traced the similarities in the education models of both countries and considered the ways of their development in the future.
Nowadays it is commonly known that the format of Singapore’s higher education system is of the great interest to the whole world, while Asian countries are no exception.
