Abstract

 

 Today, the facts of encroachment on the rights and freedoms of citizens, including sexual inviolability, are widespread in society. Is this not alien to our mentality, Kazakh history and education?

The article presents the issues of developing a set of practical measures to improve the state mechanism for ensuring gender equality, based on specific materials reflecting the implementation of state policy in ensuring gender equality, political accumulation. The state of Kazakhstan, as an active subject of gender reform, is working to reveal the content, problems and features of the formation and development of gender policy.
