Abstract

This article discusses the concept of "legal justice" in the traditional Kazakh society. At all times and among all peoples it was believed that the law should be just. At the same time, either it was considered as the embodiment of justice, or the goal was put forward to bring it in line with justice. From this we can conclude that justice is one of the values of law, and the most durable and essential. Many values of law are transitory. Such are equality, national interest, progress, loyalty to established customs, and individual rights. They all appear at a certain historical stage. Justice is one of the eternal values or basic principles of law. From this we can conclude that justice is one of the values of law, and the most durable and essential.
