Abstract

In the article on the basis of historical data of western researchers, travellers of the last quarter of ХVІІІ and beginningof ХІХ cc. time and stages of becoming of turkic and mongolian tribes as nationality are described. Also, it is narrated about their settling on territory of Eurasia. Scalene relationships with nearby countries and nations are exposed.
The way of life, customs, culture, religious beliefs of these nations are described in sources. More specifically, the origin of the word "Tatar" indicates its connection with the early Scythian tribes. in the article, from the works of Western researchers of the XVIII-XX centuries. data on the Turkic-Mongolian nomadic tribes of Turkestan. It can serve as a prerequisite for the disclosure, addition of the historical character of this period. This period of Kazakh history, studied in free access, gives a huge, full of enthusiasm on the part of Western researchers.
In addition, information about the ancient Siberian tribes of the XIX-XX centuries has been preserved. We can also learn about the life of the Turkic-Mongolian tribes in the works of Russian historians
