The cities of Otrar, Turkestan, Sauran, Syganak in the middle course of the Syr Darya River have received scientific values from domestic and foreign scientists and have come to a common opinion on the clarification and equivalence of historical sites. There is no full-fledged research work in such famous cities as Asanas, Zhent and Barshynkent in the lower reaches of the Syr Darya, which are mentioned in the works of medieval travelers. Through archaeological research it is possible to find out the facets of the history of the motherland and show the connection between the middle and lower reaches of the Syrdarya River, reveal new pages related to the urban culture of the late Middle Ages in these cities. Taking account of these issues, the analysis of data related to the cities of Asanas, Zhent and Barshynkent, as well as the analysis and equivalence of verbal data are becoming very relevant.
